Introducing our Rustic Wedding Table Number Holder, the perfect addition to any rustic-themed wedding decor. Crafted from natural wood, each holder features a charmingly weathered finish, giving it a unique and authentic rustic look.

Nothing quite gets the party mood started like offering your guests champagne, beers or a spritz on arrival to the Bush Shed before they make their way down to ceremony. $8 per head.

Our delicious pre-prepared (self-served) catering packages, suitable for grilling on the BBQ or pizza oven can be expanded at only $20 a pizza or $10 a head for additional sausage sizzle

or alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own catering or liaise with our external suppliers

57 Seater ($1250) - this bus is great if you want everyone to arrive at the same time. It can do 2 x runs but it would be reccomended you consolidate to only a few pick up spots as it will take too much time if going to individual houses

For music lovers who want to up the ante, we recommend our fabulous in-house DJ & MC Nana Blade.

Nana is an industry vetran, who offers a highly professional and personalised service that will cater to your music taste and keep you and your guests dancing throughout the night!

We love all the musicians and Djs on our supplier page and meeting other new musicians you may like to engage, but find having an in house DJ to be a great option for our guests.

Who doesnt love to get silly in a photobooth with friends at a wedding?? Wildwood's photobooth is a permanent room - which has been professionally setup to give the best results.

• High Definition photostrips with DSLR Camera - unlimited prints for length of wedding
• Choice of black and white, sepia or colour personalised photostrips or 6 inch x 4 inch prints with event branding
• A digital copy of all photos for you to keep after the event

Wildwood has white linen table cloths and napkins that can be used for free. We just charge a $300 laundering fee to get these washed.

If you are after other coloured napkins or table cloths - please go to our prefered supplier page and speak to on of the stylists or party hire companies there for a quote. 

This bus is good for pick up and delivery of up to 20 guests. Each bus run takes 30mins so the times between first and last dropoff take too long for more. 

We suggest:

20 guests - this bus

21-48 guests - the 24 seater

48 guests+ the 52 seater

More - then both buses.

24 Seater ($990) - Excellent for weddings with over 40 guests - this bus can pick up and drop off 48 guests in total on 2 x trips (more than this results in too much time difference between first and last trip).

Individual bubble bottles guests to use during the confetti throw + a commercial grade bubble machine. Not only does this take great photos - it is an environmentally friendly and fun option. The bubble machine can also be used during the first dance.

Can be used with or instead of the confetti bar.

We think there is nothing better than a brunch to finish your perfect wedding. Picture this: the morning sun, your favorite people, and all those fantastic wedding memories to relive. It's the perfect recipe for a post-wedding celebration that's as unforgettable as your big day! It also doesn’t have the dramas of trying to do big group bookings with the limited options in town.

Who doesn't love a champagne glass tower?

We set up and clean the additional glasses required for a champagne tower for you and your guests. You can pour it our sit back and relax as our staff do this for you.

Note - no additional fees for sparkling as its price is included in your beverage package. Upgrade to Tattinger Champagne or your own champagne can be discussed too.

DYI Breakfast Packs for up to 8 guests at Wildwood sourced from our amazing local suppliers of fruit, vegetable, dairy, bakery & eggs. 

We can supply the rooms at Wildwood House with a special gift pack. We will design this with you but generally it includes:

- Ash Candles

- Leif Toiletries Kit

- Flowers in each room

- Wildwood Caps and tshirts

We thoroughly reccomend that couples start their honeymoon with an extra night at Wildwood House just them.

It gives a totally different experience staying an extra night to enjoy the bush sounds, silence and big bath tub. Obviously - you can also enjoy this extra night with your other Wildwood House guests too.

Please note - This package is subject to availability with other wedding bookings and having booked the other 2 nights as part of your package

All our events have more than enough staff to have a great time. Some of our guests however like an additional barman to help with table service - stopping the need to come up to the bar during meals. This extra covers the cost of an additional barman.

We can set up a beautiful cocktail bar for a welcome drink after the ceremony.

Post-Ceremony Cocktail Hour $880 minimum spend gets extra bar staff and setup of outdoor cocktail bar + first 30 spritz. Additional can be purchased at $14 spritz and $16 in cocktails (select up to 3)
