Venue Inclusions

We like to think our venue is a little bit special because, apart from being beautiful,  we don’t have hidden costs.  We won’t charge you anything for all the extra bits and pieces - tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glasses, linen. lemonade cart, vases, mason jars, tea light holders,  etc - it’s all here for you to use as part of the venue hire.  If DIY is not your style then you might consider hiring the services of our very own in house florist/stylist who can create an amazing space for you.  


  • Three ceremony options - The old shed (wet weather option), Ceremony rock, Summer house chapel

  • Beautiful rustic reception pavilion nestled in a gorgeous bush setting

  • Rustic Timber tables and White bentwood chairs

  • Pavilion set up and configured to your specifications
    (excludes flowers and personal styling) PLUS venue pack down and clean up.

  • Exclusive use of venue to 11pm/weekends - 10pm/weekdays for your wedding day (ceremony from 3pm).

  • Maximum venue capacity -90 guests.

  • Full exclusive access to venue for DIY styling.

  • Complimentary country lemonades for your guests post-ceremony.

  • Festoon lighting to lawn area. Fairy lights inside pavilion

  • Stanley Rogers cutlery, Stone or White crockery, champagne, wine and soft drink glassware etc.

  • Cane furniture to the verandah and lawn.

  • Napery,including tablecloths, napkins, runners, bridal table skirts and chair sashes.

  • Complimentary use of all of the bits and pieces in the ‘girl cave’- easels, blackboards, jars, vases, tea lights etc.

  • Registry signing table and chair.

  • Cake table and knife

  • Portable PA system for ceremony and  speeches.  In house speaker system for music.

  • Lawn games for post ceremony fun - croquet, bocce, giant Jenga etc.

  • Car parking for 25 cars-parking attendant and security personnel.

  • We are a BYO venue - spirits are not permitted

  • The benefit of local knowledge and ongoing support during your wedding planning.
